We are committed to protecting your privacy. Only authorized employees within the Company on a need-to-know basis use any information collected from individual customer. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will investigate any unauthorised actions against computer systems and data with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against any offenders.

Confidentiality

Customers’ records are regarded as confidential and therefore shall not be divulged to any third party, other than for the purposes of fulfilling the services that are supposed to be rendered, or if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail, other than for the required services to be rendered. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products, or for any updates or campaigns.

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this website is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

The materials on the Company’s and Partners’ website are provided on an ‘as-is’ basis. The Company  and Partners make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, the Company does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Payment

Major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable modes of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid thirty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed SGD10,000.00. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any related and all additional administrative and /or court costs.

Orders

All Orders made by you shall be deemed to be an offer made by you to purchase the selected Product(s) and quantities set out in your Order upon these Terms & Conditions of Sale for the Company. All Orders shall be subject to acceptance by the Company. Processing of payment for an Order shall not in itself constitute acceptance of the Order by the Company, provided that where an Order for any Product(s) is rejected or cancelled by the Company, any payment made for such order shall be reversed or refunded by the Company in accordance with the Company’s prevailing refund policy at such time.

All Orders made by you are subject to stock availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend or reject your order in whole or in part, at any time and without liability or compensation, where any Product is out of stock, damaged or spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason. The Company reserves the right to limit your Order or the quantity of a particular Product you may order.

Delivery

For accessories / parts item purchase:

Door-to-door delivery not exceed 30kg (except bulky item) and 1.5m shall be within Singapore only (Together with our courier partners, all services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.) From Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Delivery fees subject to the dimension / weight of the goods.

*Delivery will be made within 5-7 business days after the order is processed. 

For ladders purchase:

Door-to-door delivery shall be within Singapore only (Together with our courier partners, all services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.) From Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Delivery fees subject to the dimension / weight of the goods.

*Delivery will be made within 5-7 business days after the order is processed. 

Note: Delivery into customer’s premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and the Company shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

If the customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, the customer has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse (Tembusu Crescent, Jurong Island) or pay a re-delivery fee. Please contact us info@sae.com.sg for more arrangement.

For Mobile Access Tower, Local and Overseas purchase:

Door-to-door delivery shall be arrangement with the merchant and delivery fees / freight charges subject to the dimension / weight of the goods and container require.

*Delivery will be made and arrange after the order is processed. 

For Bulk item purchase:

Delivery shall be arranged separately by the company or purchaser.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within Singapore, or in relation to postings from Singapore. All advertising is intended solely for the Singapore market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programmmes and text available through this site. Re-distribution or re-publication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service, you thereby indemnify the Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, however caused.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Waiver

Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

General

The laws of Singapore govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and/or buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
